One of the primary concerns for the students to study in international universities is the financial aspects of the study. To study in foreign countries, there is requirement of a lot of expenditures. The first matter where money takes up a major chunk is the tuition fees and the admission charges. In China and Japan, the tuition fees vary according to the universities and the regions of their location.

If the students satisfy these criteria, the rest of the processing is left on the MOE and the students can hope for the best.
Similarly, study in Japan is also aided by a number of scholarships which are sponsored by various organizations such as US-Japan Bridging Foundation providing the Bridging Scholarships for studying in Japan, Blakemore foundation providing the Blakemore Freeman Fellowships for Advanced Asian Language Study, College Women’s Association of Japan giving the Graduate Scholarship for Non-Japanese Women to study in Japan, Consulate General of Japan giving the Monbusho Fellowship, The Crane-Rogers Foundation providing the Institute of Current World Affairs Target of Opportunity Fellowships, and many such scholarships.
These scholarships help the financially less privileged people to help fund their stay and study in Japan. There are also a number of such scholarship programs in Hongkong which has allowed many students to pursue their study in Hongkong in the top universities. A few of the noteworthy scholarships are forwarded by the City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, etc.
The awarding of such scholarships has especially helped the students with merit from the poorer countries, so that they can pursue courses of their liking from the top universities in Hong Kong. The trend to provide scholarships has gradually percolated, to many universities around the world. And they have been designed for these kinds of students to make their stay and study in the foreign countries easy and hassle free.
