Today your lucky to get 8 dollars hour and your more lucky if you can get a full time job. And it's just getting worse. Big retail changes are always finding ways to give their employees less sacrificing customer service in the process.

Moving up is hard

A lot of places don't promote with in any more and when they do it's usually the manager's favorite that gets the job. To make things worse your luck to get a 50 cent to a dollar raise with all the new responsibility that comes with the promotion.

Benifits? What benifits? You pay between $15 to $35 a week and up and get almost nothing. I was paying 30 dollars a week and still had almost 2,000 dollars in medical bills. If your lucky your store will give you a discount.

So if your still think dropping out of college was a good idea, you better have back up plan other getting job at any retail store.
