Floating Views on Bloating

Bloating is described as a sense of fullness or tightness in the stomach area that may result in a certain level of discomfort or maybe pain. This is closely related to an increase in intestinal gas and fluid retention caused by fluctuating hormones, and may also be associated with weight gain. A symptom commonly associated with the menstrual cycle, women who have dealt with bloating in the past as it occurs with PMS will most likely recognize the symptom as a part of menopause.

I have actually found that drinking large amounts of water can induce bloating as well. I am not sure why or perhaps I suffer from water retention more than others but drinking over a litre of water at one go will result in a day suffering from bloating. Another remedy I found which is very effective to reduce bloating is green tea. Just one mug of green tea will ease your discomfort tremendously. Hope this helps.

Your tips are very helpful, every morning I drink at least 1 liter of water even more. All that to facilitate the exit of urine. But what I actually make the stomach to be bloated and hard to eat. Drinking too much water was not good for our bodies. Tanks for your tips. hope to help all.
