Whether you are afraid of being in public or anxious over your debts, this will work. Your goal is to empty your mind of all its worries and replace those thoughts will pleasant ones. In this state, you can work on your problems.

    These three exercises go together to free your mind and body from stress. Use them in unison to work through any issues. For example, if you are afraid to take the subway, go into a restful state and imagine yourself entering the subway and feeling relaxed and happy.
