The other day I was looking for a good reference book for basic mix martial arts moves and I think I found one. The book is called The Mix Martial Arts Handbook and it’s written by John Ritschel.

This is good when it comes to giving you pictures and some pretty good insight. However there is one thing I do feel the book lacks. Although the book has pictures, I would like it better if the descriptions of the moves were a little more detailed.

Over all this still a good book for beginners and a good reference book for the advance. Just don’t look in this book for any advance techniques, because it’s more for beginners.
